The Land Conservancy for Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington

The Land Conservancy for Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington is your local land trust.

As an all-volunteer organization, all donations are focused on protecting lands for nature in this region. We have regional protection priorities that complement the national-interest priorities of the Nature Conservancy of Canada.

You can find our Natural Heritage Plan on our website. It identifies areas of highest interest for conservation and shows the area between Frontenac Provincial Park and Puzzle Lake Provincial Park as a vital corridor to maintain for ecosystem health.

We publish a Passport to Nature that lists free, expert-led, outdoor events in the area all year long. We want to encourage people to care about the natural environment and help us to conserve areas as nature reserves.

Our neighbour Anne Robertson is a long time LC-KFLA Board member and would be pleased to answer your questions.
